MediCongress is a family business founded by Werner Van Cleemputte and Martine Verbeke in 1987. With over 30 years of experience and more than 700 conferences on our account, we are proud to be your dedicated professional conference organiser (PCO) and association manager.

Our team is small in number but large in scope, since our skill sets are complementary. We thrive when working together. We are dedicated, efficient and enthusiastic and our approach is hands-on and personal. For each event, we assign one dedicated congress manager for a perfect flow.
Our knowledge of scientific events is extensive and makes us able to run problem-free congresses. We have countless contacts in the meeting and venue industry, so that we can lead you towards the best choices.
Based in Ghent!
We have state-of-the-art equipment and are housed in a brand-new building near Ghent (Belgium). We can rely on a sister company specialised in audio-visuals, so next to physical events we have everything you need for a hybrid or virtual congress as well.

Passionate about organizing events, Nele brings a lot of experience into our team.
Our most IT-minded team member undoubtely is Astrid. She remains calm in whatever circumstances, is a real foodie and a sports enthusiast - be it on roller blades, running shoes or on the tennis court.
Our newest team member is Lien. With a proven track record, she brings experience in the team as dedicated congress manager.
She remains calm in any situation and her keen eye for detail is ensuring every aspect of your event unfolds with success.

As an assistant congress manager, Fien supports the team with all sorts of tasks, from practical arrangements for sponsors and congress participants, to designing and even mobile event app creation! As one of our youngest team members, she keeps us informed about the latest IT and communication trends.
