As the Professional Conference Organizer for this event, our team managed a range of organizational tasks, from coordinating speaker arrangements and technical equipment to providing logistical support for workshops held at Ghent University. We also facilitated on-site registration, venue setup, and ensured smooth communication with delegates, ensuring the event ran seamlessly.
