Registration Fees

The registration includes:

• Participation in all scientific sessions
• Programme and congress related documents (certificate of attendance, badge,..)
• Coffee break and lunch as indicated in the programme

All payments are to be made in Euro, net of all bank charges and commissions for the receiver.

Cancellation Policy

Participants cancelling their registration before 15 December 2023 receive a full refund, less 50% administration costs. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after this date.
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing to the Secretariat.

Accreditation

Accreditation applications will be submitted to RIZIV/INAMI.

Accreditation has been granted by Pro-Q-Kine for 9 credits.
